What is NLP?
“The most important believe you have is the belief you have about yourself” Tony Robbins
While many people have heard of NLP, there are some misunderstandings about what it is and how it can help to make positive changes in personal and work performance.
By mastering a few NLP imagination and communication exercises, we can program ourselves to live a happier, balanced, more efficient life.
What does NLP stand for?
NLP is short for Neuro-Linguistic Programming. NLP is frequently known as “the user’s manual for your mind.” Using NLP tools gives us insight into how our thinking patterns can affect every aspect of our lives.
NLP empowers and enables us to better understand ourselves:
Neuro (brain) – the way we choose to view and sense the world, and process our thoughts
Linguistic – The internal and external language patterns we use
Programming – how the way we think and the words we use can impact our past, present, and future.
