Soft skill training courses

Training is an effective way to gain knowledge, develop skills and improve cooperation and communication within a team or group. It is based on gaining own experience and interaction in the training group.

In general, it takes anything from half a day, up to a week, dependent on the topic and complexity.

We focus on a specific topic and use experiential learning techniques to develop and sharpen the skills we want to improve. This is the way to adapt the new knowledge and behaviour we have experienced and build into our daily use.

Changes are only lasting if there is some follow-up activity, such as short follow-up meetings or a series of coaching sessions to help reflect on the new behavioural changes and keep the process active.

I will listen to & support them on their journey, guiding them in a safe, non-judgmental, and empathetic way. I use different instruments, approaches, compassion, inspiration, and humour to get people where they want to be. This way the whole process feels effortless for them.

The coachee will gain clarity and compassion for themselves, appreciate their strengths and weaknesses, and discover any beliefs, fears, and doubts that may be preventing them from moving forwards.

Duration and frequency

Coaching mostly takes place online in 60–90-minute sessions, in general 6-12 occasions, it depends on the topic and the need. Usually, we have one session a week at the beginning then twice a month to see real and lasting changes.
